CrabAI is an AI assistant for restaurants and other local businesses, provided by Open Media INC. (Open Media). By creating an account or signing in you agree to these terms.

You can create an account yourself on this site, or Open Media may set one up for a restaurant it works with. You are responsible for keeping your credentials to yourself and for what is done under your account. Tell us immediately if you think it has been used by someone else.

Managing your own stores, or the stores you have been granted access to. You may not use CrabAI to access data for stores that are not yours, to publish content you have no right to publish, or to break the rules of any platform we connect to.

• You connect your own TikTok, Meta or Google accounts through each platform’s own authorization screen, and you choose the permissions granted.
• We publish only what you have confirmed — on the posting screen, or by turning on auto-reply for good reviews at a store, which you can pause or switch off at any time. The assistant drafts; you decide. Nothing goes out on a schedule you did not set.
• Google Ads features read the accounts and data you are authorized to use, display reports and provide analysis or proposed changes when you request them. Every advertising change requires your review and explicit confirmation of that proposal; the assistant cannot confirm or execute changes itself. An accepted plan or requested analysis is not an executed advertising change. You remain responsible for your campaigns and your ad spend.
• Connecting Google Drive lets you manually import selected photos and videos into the customer asset library. You must have rights to use and publish them. Importing does not itself publish or start a schedule; AI caption generation and automatic posting happen when you request or enable those features. Disconnecting Drive does not remove imported copies or existing schedules. Use the recycle bin's permanent deletion action or the data deletion request process for those copies; this does not delete Google originals.
• We do not add our own watermark, logo or promotional text to your posts. Any wording we suggest is fully editable before it is published.
• You remain the author and are responsible for the content you publish, including that it is accurate, that you hold the rights to any media in it, and that any commercial or paid-partnership relationship is disclosed as the platform requires.
• You can disconnect any account at any time. Disconnecting stops all future publishing to that publishing account immediately. Disconnecting a file source such as Drive instead stops new imports; existing schedules use the stored library copies.

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Publishing also depends on the platforms we send to; when they are unavailable or reject a post, we surface what they said rather than retrying blindly.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Open Media INC. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of CrabAI, including the reach, performance or reception of content you chose to publish.

在法律允许的最大范围内，Open Media INC. 不对使用 CrabAI 产生的间接、附带或后果性损失负责， 包括你选择发布的内容的传播效果与外界反应。

Either side can end the arrangement. We may suspend an account that is being used in breach of these terms or of a connected platform’s rules.

双方均可终止。若账号违反本条款或所连接平台的规则，我们可暂停该账号。

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top reflects the current version, and continued use after it takes effect means you accept the change. Changes to how we use Google user data or other connected platform data take effect only after you agree to them in CrabAI, as section 11 of our Privacy Policy describes.
